“Whoever performs this Trinadha Vratha with pure faith, offering three types of sweets (sweet pongal, sesame jaggery balls, and coconut rice), and listens to this Katha in English or their mother tongue, shall attain:
: Since it honors the Trinity, it provides the combined blessings of creation (Brahma), preservation (Vishnu), and transformation (Shiva).
One day, an old ascetic (sadhu) visited their village. Seeing the Brahmin’s miserable condition, the sadhu took pity on him. He said, "My son, your current suffering is the result of past karmic debts. To rid your home of poverty and sorrow, you must observe the Trinadha Vratha. It is the ultimate remedy for worldly miseries."
