Rane Corporation was acquired by inMusic Brands. The legacy driver support has moved from Rane’s original site to the inMusic Portal .

Intel-based Macs only. Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4 chips) does not support these legacy drivers. Where to Find the Drivers

Ensure your USB cable is securely connected. Try a different USB port directly on the computer (avoid USB hubs). Check that the correct driver is installed via the Rane link above.
