This is often caused by leftover configuration files from a previous installation. If a fresh install doesn’t solve the issue, you need to delete all hidden configuration folders. Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\ and C:\Users\[username]\ and delete the .HyperHQ and .HyperSpin folders. Then reinstall.
