His search for a cure, rumored to be at the Tatar Astronomy Research Institute, leads him to infiltrate it as a prisoner. This institute has been turned into a maximum-security prison camp, guarded by a fearsome and unexplained creature: a "dragon-beast" named Menō, which Sasuke immediately recognizes as a dinosaur that should be extinct.
