The emulator will not use the plugin automatically. You must change the video backend inside the application settings. Launch the app on your phone. Tap on Preferences . Scroll down and select Video Preferences . Tap on Video Renderer .
The primary and official method is to download the plugin directly from the official ePSXe website. Since version 1.8.0, the emulator has officially supported OpenGL HD graphics via this plugin, but due to its General Public License (GPL), it is not bundled with the main emulator app. To download it from the official source: download libopenglplugin.so epsxe android
