Double-check for typos. Confusing 8 with B , 0 with O , or G with 6 is incredibly common. Copy and paste the key directly from your SAP email to avoid errors.

Double-check that you are installing Crystal Reports 2020. A key meant for Crystal Reports 2016 or Crystal Reports for Visual Studio will not work on the 2020 version.
