Newer versions of Postman increasingly require a login and cloud synchronization. Version 9.31.x is often preferred by those who need to work offline or have strict data privacy requirements.
Postman is configured by default to automatically download and install the latest versions. If you want to remain on v9.31.0, you must disable this behavior immediately after installation. Launch Postman v9.31.0. postman v9.31.0 download
