This is perfectly normal! Many generic USB drives are sold with "fake" capacities. The MPTool has detected the true physical size of your NAND flash memory. If you know the drive should be 64GB but it now shows 32GB, that means it was a 32GB drive mislabeled as 64GB. The tool has simply fixed it to show the real capacity.
