Beat Kangz Electronics (and later owners of the IP) never officially released a Kontakt version of their library. The original Beat Thang sounds were licensed for use within the hardware or its official companion software (Beat Thang Virtual). Distributing them as a standalone Kontakt pack infringes on copyright.
Despite the promise, the Beat Thang suffered from buggy firmware, poor customer support, and a high price point ($1,299 at launch). By 2014, BeatKangz filed for bankruptcy.
