The catalyst of the plot is the classic "wronged loved one" trope. Jai falls in love with a beautiful young woman, (played by Sindhu Tolani ). However, his world turns upside down when a ruthless, manipulative villain—usually a powerful local goon or a corrupt politician with a sadistic streak—harms Jyothi or her family.
