The film begins with a team of Jakarta policemen, led by Lieutenant Wahyu (Ray Sahetapy), who are tasked with infiltrating an apartment building controlled by a notorious crime lord, Tama (Pierre Gruno). The team, including Lieutenant Rama (Iko Uwais), is ordered to capture Tama and bring him to justice. However, upon entering the building, the officers soon realize that they have been set up and must fight their way out.
