Thozha (transl. Friend) is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language comedy-drama film directed by V. V. Vinayak. It is an official remake of the critically acclaimed French film The Intouchables (2011). The story follows the unlikely friendship between a wealthy quadriplegic man and a street-smart ex-convict hired as his caretaker.
