If you no longer have access to your Dragon installation media, you can download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) directly from Microsoft’s official website. Search for “Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package x64” and download it from the Microsoft Download Center. Install it, then reboot.

Dragon should not be run in elevated mode. If it is set to "Run as Administrator," it may conflict with the 64-bit server.
Right-click on the (desktop shortcut or Start menu). Select Run as Administrator .
